Each shipment includes two (2) pallets with the following components:

The Tabletop - Each tabletop is built to your specifications and shipped within its own custom fabricated wood crate.

The Base Enclosure - Each base enclosure is palletized and shipped within its own box, and will contain any and all other components for the order within its interior.

The Burner System - Each burner assembly is pre-assembled within its own box inside the base enclosure packaging and is ready to use.

The Reflective Fire Glass - Your selections of fire glass will be packaged in their own box inside the base enclosure packaging.

Any and all accessories chosen at the time of purchase will be boxed and shipped within the interior of the base enclosure packaging on the pallet.

Firetainment's manufacturing processes provide sturdy construction that ensures each unit stands strong against the outdoor elements, allowing you to enjoy its charm for many years to come.

THE TABLETOP

Each tabletop is fabricated at our facility from full slabs of granite by our tradesmen with the design options you've chosen. Each tabletop is shipped pre-sealed with an impregnating sealer that further protects your table from extreme conditions. Each one of our beautiful granite tabletops is an elegant stone that is a product of nature. Therefore, variations in color, pattern, texture and veining can be expected and may vary from samples shown. These differences and variations should be considered as one of the many beauties of natural stone instead of flaws.

Choose between eight (8) different color options with two (2) different edge profiles for each model offered.

THE BURNER SYSTEM

Functionality meets convenience with our "Best in the Business" burner systems. From top to bottom, only the highest quality components and materials are used. The match-lit burner system delivers a perfectly symmetrical flame pattern by utilizing a patented 12" stainless steel Penta burner. Each burner sits within a black ceramic coated 304 stainless steel burner pan and is accompanied by all stainless steel components within the base enclosure. Every detail, right down to the weather-resistant stainless-steel whistle-free gas hoses, has been meticulously designed to ensure top-notch performance. The On/Off gas control knob allows for efficient flame control of the 40,000 btu system. Each unit is pre-assembled for propane fired units at our facility, but should you need natural gas, just confirm it when your order is placed for it to come setup for natural gas.

THE BASE ENCLOSURE

Each one of our base enclosures are manufactured from only the highest quality materials and have been designed for simplicity and function in mind. Each starts out as raw 5052 marine-grade aluminum alloy sheet metal, then cut, formed, welded and finally powder coated for extreme protection. Our base enclosures are equipped with an easy-access removable magnetic door which conceals your propane tank and/or gas piping. This keeps your outdoor space neat and organized and alleviates any gas hoses or piping being exposed to guests.

Choose between a 21” Chat Height, a 24” Casual Dine Height, a 28” Dine Height and can be finished in your choice of our four (4) powder coat finishes.

THE REFLECTIVE FIRE GLASS

Our ¼” reflective fire glass is reflective on one side and is colored on the other. The reflective coating gives a shimmering effect that will have your guests gazing for hours. Being that it is tempered glass, it can be removed and cleaned with vinegar and water, or simply replaced.

Choose up to two (2) different colors from the ten (10) color options offered.
